To assess the extent of water infiltration I use a thermal camera and moisture meter
To identify the blockage in a sink, bathtub, or lavatory drain I use an inspection camera
Drain unclogging
To determine causes of water infiltration I use oscillators and drywall cutters to open up walls or ceilings
Where pest issues are a concern, openings in walls or ceilings can be performed, traps set and area quarantined
Price does not include materials
Installation of dehumidifiers, fans and/or barrels (to capture falling water) costs additional $5 per day per unit
Installing GFCI outlets
Installing or replacing smoke detectors both wired and battery operated
Water heater flushing, element testing and anode rod replacement
Drywall repairs and repainting
Toilet mechanism replacement
